I just had to make it clear that Gerry is the worst movie of all time. Jesus fucking Christ, it sucked so much. I'm not even kidding. So Casey Affleck and Matt Damon get lost in the desert, and walk for an hour and a half, with the occasional camera shots of the landscape accompanied by bleak piano chords. The two most interesting parts of the movie are when Affleck jumps off of a rock, and then at the end where Damon chokes Affleck to death in a very homo erotic fashion. Then Matt Damon sees a highway and gets rescued by some guy and his son in a sedan. It's the worst. Ever.

Drugstore Cowboys is the only good movie Gus Van Sant ever made. Then it was a shot-for-shot remake of Psycho with more blood, Elephant, and Last Days. The last two were like Gerry only with one involving a school shooting and the other about Kurt Cobain, part of his "Death Trilogy". Some west coast motherfucker like Van Sant should either make original movies that don't involve people walking in a fucking desert for and hour and a half, or start working at Burger King with Justin Guarini.

He also did Good Will Hunting, which is a masterpiece. Although I've never even heard of any of the other films he's done, so that can't be good.
