No because it's only hardening of the muscles to an otherwise impossible level. You are still 100% human. You can be burned and hit by lightning but you probably wouldn't show any effects from being hit.
However, the best Half Life/music matchup is "Highway 17" and Highway to Hell" by ACDC. Driving around in a souped up dune buggy gunning down aliens while listening to an ACDC song. Doing that makes me wanna high five myself
