Like you'd be hit by a lightning bolt it'd hurt like fuck but you would still be solid. After that battle is over you'd probably need lots of rest.

No because it's only hardening of the muscles to an otherwise impossible level. You are still 100% human. You can be burned and hit by lightning but you probably wouldn't show any effects from being hit.
